Arguably Australia’s most renowned wine region, Barossa stands proudly amongst the greats of the world.

From the founding wine community of the 1840s to today’s grape growers and winemakers who are joined by brewers and distillers, there is a constant commitment to excellence. The desire to create the best brings out the (mostly) good-natured rivalry in us, neighbours vying for that reluctant nod of acknowledgment across the table “ok, you won this round…”

This quiet quest for mastery combines a healthy respect for tradition with a tendency to break the rules, deliberately and often. The result? A dynamic wine region that embraces the richness our distilleries and breweries deliver.

Grenache, pale ales, gins, riesling, shiraz, cocktails and IPAs all have a place here in Barossa. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

It’s time for you to discover which you think Barossa does best…
